It depends on the complexity of your service and the release of access to your systems. On average it takes no more than 7 business days.
What languages are available?
We currently serve in Portuguese, English and Spanish. But if you need another language we will be happy to evaluate this possibility. Ask us!

What are the service channels?
We always serve with your brand (White-label. The name America BPO does not appear at any time for its customers or suppliers.)

Will I have an exclusive phone for my customers?
Yea! Each customer receives a dedicated phone line. That way we identify from the first ring that it is a call to your company.
Can I keep the same phone number I use during business hours?
Yea! Just automatically forward calls to your unique number after business hours.
